My name is Madison "Maddi" Naddeo - I was born to an Italian-American family in Northern New Jersey in 2003. My childhood coincided perfectly with the rise of the internet, making me an early native of now-foundational social media sites and early content creation, and giving me a finger which is heavy on the pulse of modern culture.
Additionally, I was also born with an extremely rare form of skeletal dysplasia, which has undoubtably shaped my artistic sensibilities and worldview into an un-replicable, once-in-a-generation perspective on morality, life, death, sex, and the meaning of the human form. Because of this, I have a strongly innate interest in body horror and stories that focus on the visceral terror of lost autonomy.
In May of 2025, I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Film Bachelor of Arts, with a minor in Mass Media. My current objective is to absorb all that I can about each department in the film industry, both on and off set, with the goal of gaining the knowledge and experience to eventually direct my own original feature films. I also have a heavy focus on post-production, as I am extremely interested in perfecting the use of temporal editing and sound design to enhance storytelling.
Some of my personal favorite films include Larry Clark's Kids, Gaspar Noe's Enter the Void, and Andrei Tarkovsky's Stalker. My other sources of inspiration include the early work of Harmony Korine, The Twilight Zone, manga artist Junji Ito, and "The Curse of the Campfire Weenies" children's books. In my spare time away from the camera, I am also an illustrator and a drummer.
